§  Search resumes or ask our Recruitment Team to do so (No obligation to hire)

§  Screening interviews - You may conduct them yourself or ask our interview panel to conduct the same

§  Get a detailed analysis report on how well the candidate’s skills match your requirement

§  If you like the candidate, we sign an agreement based on the SLA's

§  Sign off the Statement of Work and start

§  Our experienced Account manager will coordinate between you and the consultant and do the required hand holding.

 

 

For Techies and Business consultants:

§  Sign up and submit your one page resume.

§  Let us know your preferences for onsite/ offshore/ part time/ full time/ freelancing.

§  Based on your skill sets and preferences, you will see opportunities in your dashboard.

§  Our team will also reach out to you with the given opportunities from time to time.

§  Your payment is based on approved time sheets. Our account manager will coordinate with you for the same.

§  Payment terms are based on the agreement signed between the consultant and client.
